Proof approval
Your booking includes basic advert tidy-up/design support using the information, logo, images and wording you provide. Before print, you’ll receive a final advert proof for approval. Please check names, contact details, prices, offers, spelling, QR codes, dates and any legal/compliance wording carefully. Once you approve the final artwork for print, changes may not be possible and refund options may be limited because print/distribution costs may already have been committed.
Results May Vary
We’ll do our best to make your advert clear, local and easy to respond to. Like any advertising, results can vary, so we can’t promise a set number of leads, sales or bookings. Where possible, we’ll include practical response tracking such as a QR code, short link or promo code so you can see what the campaign may have influenced. What we can confirm is every household in your selected postcode will receive your advert.
Cancellations and refunds
We want the booking process to feel fair and clear. You can cancel your booking for a full refund as long as we haven’t yet started preparing your advert proof or reserved your space in the issue. Once we’ve started working on your advert proof, we may still be able to offer a partial refund, but we may need to deduct a fair amount for the design and admin work already completed. After you have approved your final advert proof and we have confirmed the issue is moving to print, refunds are usually no longer available, as print, production and distribution costs may already have been committed. If we ever need to make a significant change to your booking, such as the publication timing, delivery area, or agreed placement, we’ll offer you a suitable alternative. If that alternative doesn’t work for you, you’ll be entitled to a refund. Please note that advertising results can vary. While we’ll always aim to present your business clearly and professionally, we cannot guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales, calls, QR scans, website visits or bookings. Refunds are therefore not offered based on advert performance.
Monthly issue timeline example
For a target delivery date around the 1st of the month, the working production timeline is:

Exact dates may be adjusted for weekends, bank holidays, printer deadlines or issue-specific requirements, but this is the standard planning structure.
